1. H₀: There is no significant relationship between budgeting practices and the financial performance of small-scale businesses in Wamakko LGA.

2. H₀: Implementing budgeting practices does not significantly improve the profitability and sustainability of small-scale businesses in Wamakko LGA.

3. H₀: Budgeting practices do not have a significant effect on the cost management and financial stability of small-scale businesses in Wamakko LGA.
